BA/B Sc /B Com 1st Semester online Admission for the Academic Session 2025-26 under CCFUP, NEP 2020

Terms & Conditions: 

  1. Only candidate who have passed XII (10+2) in 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 and those who have not passed B. A. / B. Com. / B. Sc./BBA/BCA will be considered. 
  2. An applicant passed H.S. with at least 45% marks in aggregate is eligible to apply in 4 year Honours Programme. 
  3. An applicant passed H.S. with pass marks in aggregate is eligible to apply in 3 year Degree Programme. 
  4.  Minimum aggregate marks required for Admission in 3 year degree course in Day and Evening shift is 45%. Applicants having marks less than 45% are eligible to apply in 3 year degree Course in the Morning shift.

  1.  (i) Separate Application is required for Morning, Day and Evening shift. 
     (ii) Separate Application is required both for Honours and Degree Programme. 
     (iii) Separate Application is required for Science, Arts & Commerce. 
  2. Application Fee:- Nil 
  3. For change in Stream (e.g. from Science to Arts and vice versa or Commerce to Arts etc.) candidate will have to pay full Admission fee again. 
  4. For change in Shift (e.g. from Morning to Day or Evening to Day etc.) full Admission fee will be paid. 
  5. All payment will be made through online system. No cash deposit will be entertained.
  6.  For Honours in Bio-Science candidate must be passed in Chemistry. 
  7.  For Honours in Economics candidate must be passed in Mathematics or Business Mathematics. 
  8.  Subject combinations are according to the Burdwan University NEP 2020 Syllabus. 
  9.  Please follow the Notice in the Admission Portal. 
  10.  The online Admission will be registered by the College only after the College receives the intimation of the payment from the Bank. 
  11. Please enter the Name exactly as in the Mark sheet. Enter the Address, Phone, Mobile no., Aadhar no., e-mail etc. with care. 
  12. Marks of Environmental studies will be considered in the best four if it is compulsory elective. 
  13.   For Sports quota applicants having State level certificate with minimum aggregate marks 45% are eligible to apply for honours course but those of district level certificate with pass marks are eligible for General course.  Uploading of requisite certificates is essential.
  14. The candidates treated as reserved by the Government of West Bengal will only be considered.
  15. All online admission is provisional and is subject to verification of relevant documents. The College reserves the right to reject or cancel the application / admission at any stage, if an applicant fails to fulfil the requisite conditions. 
  16. Please read the Rules & Regulations very carefully before filling up the Application Form.

  20. Candidates admitted to a course in this college for the session 2023-24 will be able to cancel his/her admission online through the portal after notification. There is no provision for offline cancellation of admission. 
  21. Refund of Admission fees will be given according to the rules of UGC and Department of Higher Education, Govt. of WB. There is no provision for offline Refund of admission fees. 
  22. Refund will be available after the completion of the whole admission process of the College for the Academic Session 2024-25 subject to the Approval of the GB and Finance Committee.

 

Steps to complete the Admission Process:

(i)Form Fill up. 

(ii) Uploading of testimonials/photographs/signature etc. at the online portal. 

(iii) Submission of the Online Form. 

(iv) Enlisted in the Merit list (for valid candidates). Enlistment in the Merit list does not mean that he/she will get admission.

(v) Enlisted in the E-counselling list (for eligible candidates). Enlistment in the E-counselling list means that he/she is eligible for Admission.

(vi) Successful Payment of Admission fees.

(vii) Physical Verification (after commencement of offline class).
